The service

AutoDimona provides staff planning, time registration, a check-in app and automatic Dimona declarations for businesses with up to 50 employees.

Your responsibility

• You remain responsible for your declarations to the RSZ/ONSS. AutoDimona sends them on your behalf with the data you enter; check the declarations log and the alerts, and declare by hand whenever the portal tells you a declaration could not be made in time.
• Start in test mode (the RSZ simulation) and only switch to real declarations when you have checked the results.
• Keep your password and your tablets safe; sign out a lost tablet in the portal at once.
• Only enter data you are allowed to process, and inform your employees about the check-in and its location check.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, with backups and automatic rollbacks of failed updates, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Ending

You can close your account at any time in the portal; all your data is then deleted.
